Welcome to EverBook (hereinafter referred to as “the Website” or “we”). Before using the Website and related services, please read the following User Agreement and Terms of Use (“this Agreement”) carefully. By accessing, registering, or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of this Agreement.

Article 1 – Service Description

  2. We reserve the right to adjust, modify, or upgrade the service content at any time without prior notice.

Article 2 – User Registration and Use

Article 8 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. The formation, performance, and interpretation of this Agreemen shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.and shall be subject to its jurisdiction
  2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of the competent courts of the State of Delaware. for resolution.
  3. Users must also comply with all relevant laws and regulations of their own country or region while using the Website.
