EverBook Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 31, 2025

Thank you for subscribing to and using the e-books and knowledge services provided by EverBook. As our services consist of digital content, once a purchase or subscription has been activated, delivery is deemed complete. To protect intellectual property rights and ensure fair use, EverBook’s refund policy is as follows:

Article 1 – General Provisions

  1. All e-books, online reading, and subscription services provided by EverBook are non-refundable once payment has been completed and access has been activated.
  2. Please carefully review your selected service and price before making a purchase. Once payment is successful, we do not accept arbitrary refund or exchange requests.

Article 2 – Refunds Under Special Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered under the following situations, subject to review and confirmation by EverBook:

  1. If a system failure or technical issue prevents the user from accessing purchased e-books or servicesand the issue cannot be resolved after we provide support;
  2. If duplicate charges, erroneous deductions ,or other payment channel errors occur that are not caused by the user;
  3. If refunds are required under applicable laws or regulations.

Article 3 – Refund Procedure

  1. Users must submit a refund request within 7 days of payment, providing supporting documentation (e.g., payment receipts, error screenshots).
  2. We will complete the review within 10 business day after receiving the request and, if approved, issue the refund through the original payment channel.
  3. Requests submitted beyond the deadline or that do not meet the refund conditions will not be processed.

Article 4 – Exclusions

  1. Inability to use services due to the user’s own device or network issues;
  2. User dissatisfaction or claims that content is “not as expected”;
  3. Any content already downloaded, accessed, or partially used.
